| Time of transfer of rights | After your application is submitted, you will receive an e-mail (application acceptance confirmation e-mail) within 5 business days to confirm your course of study and payment information. In the case of credit card payment, an e-mail (enrollment information) will be sent within 5 business days after payment is completed, and in the case of bank transfer, within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. In many cases, the right to enroll in the course is transferred upon receipt of the enrollment information (date of confirmation of application). If you have not received your enrollment information at least 10 days before the course date, please contact us by email. |

| Payment Due | In case of bank transfer, payment must be made within 7 days from the date of application confirmation. In the case of a credit card, your application will be confirmed upon completion of the payment process. However, if the start date of the course is near, payment must be made at least two weeks before the course date. Please note that if payment is not received two weeks in advance, you may not be able to attend the course. |
| Cancellation Policy | For cancellations of enrollment up to 10 days before the opening date of the course and for withdrawals before the end of one-third of the course calendar days (rounded down to the nearest whole number), 50% of the course fee, excluding the enrollment fee, will be refunded. No refund will be made for withdrawals after that date. |
